Engel & Völkers Florida invited all license partners and managing brokers to gather at the Ritz Carlton Naples Golf Resort, on Monday, October 2, 2017 for their annual Leadership Summit.
The Leadership Summit is an opportunity for all license partners to gather for an entire day, reflecting on the past year, and discussing best industry practices. The event focuses primarily on business development, being informed on the latest support, tools and administration to best serve their businesses. It also provides all license partners and their leadership teams the opportunity to network up close and personal with their fellow partners from around Florida.
The event kicked off with presentations by the management team of Engel & Völkers Florida, including Sr. Regional VP of Brokerage Services and Brand Advancement Vicki Antonio. The network was formally introduced to the newest members of the corporate team, Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales Craig Anderson, Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator Linzee Werkmeister and Chief Marketing Officer Brian H. Robb. Next on the agenda was company expansion, welcoming the latest six shops to join the network – Stuart, Clermont, Clermont Downtown, Windermere, Leesburg and 30A. Followed by a report on the company’s growing social media presence and best practices for utilizing these platforms, and the latest public relations efforts throughout the Florida region and the United States.
In addition, guest speaker Steve Scire, Director of Platform Development from Engel & Völkers North America gave an update on the recently launched Extensive Domestic & Global Exposure (EDGE) program, the implementation and initiatives of virtual reality, best practices for using the Advisor/Shop Branded Mobile App, and the expansion growth of Engel & Völkers North America. Scire ended his presentation by drawing one business card at random to have Engel & Völkers North America cover regulation costs for the 2018 Exchange conference in Seattle – Clearwater Licensee Kelly Kepler was the winner.
Business concluded for the day with a sunset group photo and lovely three-course meal overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in the Artisans Room at the Ritz Carlton Naples Beach Resort.
The night came to a close with an award ceremony spotlighting the top preforming shops in the Florida market in 2016 based upon production as well as those who operate daily following the core competencies of the company.
