Florida REALTORS organization stated in their annual report that "Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island buyers were mostly from Canada (51 percent) and Europe (35 percent)." For this reason, we strategically invited our colleagues from Canada who weighed in on the tremendous potential for referral business that exists between Florida and Canada. On the other hand, our brand is exceedingly well-received with the 35% of European buyers and sellers in SWFL, due to our brands long-standing recognition throughout Europe.
When business concluded, guests were invited to a branded cocktail hour, dinner reception and awards ceremony to honor the top performing shops in the Florida market in 2017 based upon production as well as those who exemplified each of the three core values of the Engel & Völkers brand.
The winners were:
- Most Transactions: Engel & Völkers Olde Naples
- Highest Gross Commission Income: Engel & Völkers Wellington
- Core Value - Competence: Engel & Völkers Jacksonville Beach
